Thank you for visiting my shop! When you purchase artwork here, you are purchasing directly from from myself as the artist, and you are truly supporting an artist and her dreams! I personally package all items with great care and love. I am very eco-conscious and use recyclable packaging and shipping materials whenever possible.
Archival prints and original paintings are carefully packaged in sealed, cellophane envelopes. Artwork is then shipped with a cardboard backing in a sturdy, protective mailer to ensure safe travels to its new home. All items are properly signed, dated, and, if applicable, numbered.
Throw pillows and phone cases are carefully packaged and wrapped with tissue paper. They are then shipped in a sturdy mailer or box for secure protection while traveling.
I try to ship all orders within 1-3 business days after your payment has been processed. Each item ships from my home studio in Saint Charles, MO. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Unless otherwise noted, all items shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and typically take about 3-5 business days to reach you. Original artwork will ship fully insured through USPS.
Items shipped internationally are shipped via USPS First Class International. Depending on your location, please allow between 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive. USPS First Class International does not provide tracking once it leaves the USA or Canada. Please note that you are responsible for paying any applicable international customs charges or taxes required by your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order. I am happy to provide you with a full refund for items in their original condition if you contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
In the rare event that your item arrived damaged, please contact me with a photo of the item within 14 days of receiving it, and I will gladly issue you a full refund or provide you with a replacement.
Please note that the my artwork is protected under copyright laws and may not be reproduced or sold in any way without my prior written permission. You are more than welcome to share my work and images on social media by providing proper source credit. Thank you for your understanding.

Additional Policy Information
Monitors can display color differently, so the colors appearing on your screen may slightly differ from those of the actual print or painting. I try my best to ensure that the image you see on your screen is as accurate as possible.
